It was on the home page under the sponsered box now it switched to nba 2k after i restarted console anywho It was based on recieving rewards for your gamerscore i wanted to try it out but it wasnt downloading so i restarted console any help would be much
appreciated

I think what you're looking for is called Von Republic app. From the Xbox dashboard press Y and search for it.

sometimes there is a Microsoft Rewards Quest to earn 10,000 gamer score for 10,000 MS Reward Points.

you need to get the MS Rewards app on your Xbox to view your progress.

if you have Game Pass then you can also do the Game Pass Quests for more Reward Points.

Your account was hacked and if you want to get the points back you'll need to open an Unauthorized Access case. Microsoft and EA don't really care about this issue (it's plaguing hundreds if not thousands of users at this time) so they're saying it'll take
about a month for them to set your account straight, and in the meantime they lock you out of XBOX Live for a month.
