Does anyone know how to get their account unbanned if it permanently banned.

I can access the account if I'm playing with offline. But as soon as I go online it kicks me off and tells me I'm permanently banned and there no way to submit a appeal. Because that requires Internet.

No, I was accused of abusing another player and my account was then permanently banned. I was the only one banned, and I have not been presented with any evidence that I may have done anything to offend or harm anyone. I know I never do anything that might
