Does anyone know how to get in contact on the phone with Xbox!?!?

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Smwutches is correct, you must use that link in order to request a callback or chat with support. When you get to the virtual agent, you can skip that step to continue and look into your contact options.

As for those error codes, check out these helpful links :

Error 8027025A occurs when you try to sign in or start an Xbox One app

Error 0x800705b4 occurs after a console, game, or app update

I've tried this numerous times, it doesn't work for me. On step 2 of that page I click "ask a question" then I get questions about the problem, answer them, then after all the questions I click "request a call". It shows that it's loading something then
after a few minutes the whole screen shows "AN ERROR OCCURRED Please try your request again later"

Thanks for keeping us up to date with your issue. I have a guide that will get you to request a call from support.
When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I just tested this guide and it will lead you to request a call.
