Does anyone know how to fix the problem with the Yotube app for xbox 360

Is there an update for the YouTube app that needs to be installed? Are all other apps working fine?

and i'am still having the same problem with Youtube. I am not going to erase the hard drive or send it in to Microsoft either. Do to the fact that i have sent two other
Xbox 360's in and never got either one back i had to replace my Xbox 360 4 times since it came out i have an all due to the RROD problem A.K.A.
The Red Ring of Death. I have an Xbox 360 elite black original release not the newer ones that the hard drive has to be put into and i am not going to waist my money on a xbox one, one s, or x either.



i just want to be able to play my games and watch YouTube but a the moment all i can do is play my games.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately as mentioned by XBF Esteban, the following articles are available to troubleshoot the Xbox 360.

If the problem persists, I would recommend to contact YouTube for more assistance with their app. Sounds like you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps available for the Xbox 360. The next as you mentioned would be repair.

I'm sorry that you're dealing with this issue concerning the YouTube app.

If you have already tried the steps outlined in
Help for Xbox Live apps on Xbox 360, then I would go ahead and rollback your system updates.

When you get a chance, try the steps outlined in Solution 7 of

Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console and let us know how that helped.

The YouTube app hasn't notified me of any updates for it and the only other app that i have installed is Twitch and it seems to be working the same as always.
