    Does anyone know how to fix the problem where you cant delete messages


    You delete the message it disappears,you leave the message tab and comeback to it the message is still there,you try to text someone the person you sent the message isnt on the messages tab either

    Xbox is already dealing with that so dont worry, just wait a few days, a lot of people are having the same problem or even whole conversations dissapear

    Hi ItsmarionetteXx,

    There have been many issues regarding Xbox messages. You can try restarting your Xbox by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds. Hopefully this helps. If not you can try removing and readding your Xbox Live account on your Xbox.
