Does anyone know how to fix the issue with the free Minecraft for Windows 10?

So I just got a new HP 2-in-1 and went to get minecraft. I saw users who already owned minecraft for PC could log into the Mojang website and grab a free code for a free copy for Windows 10. So I went in and clicked redeem code. It seemed to work but when
it brought me to the store, it said I still had to pay like $10 to get it. I go and click "Game Hub", set up my gamertag, but it doesn't appear in "my games" and there's nowhere in the hub to click to download it. I'm embarrassed to say but I was
literally driven to actual tears because of this problem especially since being able to play Minecraft without needing to be plugged into the router with an Ethernet cable was literally one third to half the reason I got this new 2-in-1 in
the first place. I feel like I've been ripped off by Microsoft. What am I supposed to do? Am I just being blind and dumb to something that's probably stupidly obvious and plain and day in front of me like I always do? No I can't be, there are other people
having this problem and saying so on the Minecraft Forums, too. It was because of those forums that I'm here. I tried to join the chat thing to contact Xbox staff but it just gave me an error saying it couldn't process my request (don't try and tell me it's
my network, the internet works fine on this brand ne thing that I just started up only a few hours ago). I just wanted to play minecraft...

Minecraft for Windows 10 Wont Go Past Mojang Screen After Installing

Hi - I don't see anyone helping with this issue. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I was able to run Minecraft on Windows 10 Home version.

Could it be the Windows Pro N???

 

Minecraft Windows 10 No Redeem Code

I bought Minecraft in 2013 and recently wanted to start playing with my friends on Minecraft Windows 10. I logged into my mojang account to get a redeem code for a free copy of Minecraft Windows 10, but there was no Windows 10 section after the "My Games"
section. Does anyone know how to make it appear?

 

I just downloaded it today and the same problem happened at first. But, after about 5 minutes it finally took away the price and let me download it. I don't know a tried and true solution to the problem. But I would go back and check again, and if not, go
back to the website and hit the download code again and just leave the store screen open for a few minutes. Not sure if that will do anything but just a suggestion. Hope it works out!
