Does anyone know how to fix the error 800704DC?

I was trying to download my profile in a Xbox 360 game while playing on my Xbox One and received the error 800704DC over and over again. It always appears that the account has a problem or that I have to try again but I wasn't able to find a way to fix what could be the problem because it wasn't specified.

This problem occurs when there is an error with the account or profile. With the intention of helping you, I am going to suggest taking some steps to solve this problem. The first thing is to change the password for your Microsoft account:

1. Log in to the console.
2. Scroll right to Settings and select Account.
3. Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security.
4. Select Change Password.
5. Type the current password, type the new password twice, and then select Change now.
6. If you want to save your password so you can use it to sign in to other Microsoft services, select Yes when prompted.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Make sure that all packs and DLCs are installed on your end by following the steps below:

"Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon. "

That’s a great suggestion - however I’ve also tried that and checked to see if everything has been installed and it still comes up.

I got it too. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to power cycle. Probably will need a patch from Xbox.
