    My Solitaire game won't open, it just buffers. I have tried the fixes seen on websites to no avail. Chat is useless and call back not possible ........"at the moment". Can anyone help me with this please? Many thanks, Lynne

    hi. im mel and an independent advisor. there are a number of users experiencing the same issue at the moment and we havent been able to find any solutions that work. it seems to be a bug after the last windows update.

    I got it too. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to power cycle. Probably will need a patch from Xbox.

    Probably temporary. You can try restarting the console. Or a power cycle. Turn off and unplug the Xbox from the wall for 1 minute.
