Does anyone know how to fix my problem?: My Xbox One won't download physical or digital games

I digitally downloaded Dragon ball xenoverse with the pre-order but the bonuses won't show up in my game. Does any one know how to activate the pre-order bonus for the digital download?

Just experienced this problem for anyone out there googling a fix. I soent a good bit of tine looking how to fix it and decided to just sign out if my profile while the xbox was on and sign back in and it worked for me. Thought about hard resetting and uninstalling
my acclunt like peoole suggested. But wanted to try and fine and easier route before attempting them

I triet this only to have digital downloaded games still crash when trying to fully function. Tried a physical game and was successful in playing it. Then i tried a different digital download game and it worked. So now my issue is with "Dragon Ball Fighter
Z" digital download... Still producing error code (0x87e105dc)..

does anyone know how digital games downloaded from Xbox gold will work for the games downloaded on the XBOX 360 system? will they be downloaded on the XBOX 1 system?

Does anyone know how to fix the problem when it say's "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again."?
