Does anyone know how to file a complaint regarding chat support?

Also, I want to be clear that doing customer support is not fun at all. I was, as always, polite and clear until the end of the conversation. I even made it clear afterward to him that I totally appreciated his help. I have honestly never had any bad experiences
with Xbox support before.

did you receive an email afterwards? might have something in the email to respond to, otherwise it will be difficult to report "Kent", may not even be that persons real name.

might be best to let it go, it is clear that they made a mistake and jumped the gun, mistakes happen, if this is the first issue you've had with MS customer service, then just chalk it up to a one time thing.

Giving the OP the benefit of the doubt if a customer service advisor flat out called him a "Liar" and actually used the word then the advisor needs a talking to.

@tohellnbak - That's not entirely true. It's not for new accounts, the account can be years old. It's for silver accounts. They just can't be used on accounts that are already gold.
