Does anyone know how i can get my download details for Roblox app please?

so the Roblox app recently updated and now its asking me to sign in, the only problem is my account was just tied to the xbox and not an email so i have no way of getting back into it so my son has lost all his progress on everything. ive contacted roblox support and they need proof of download, but since i downloaded it in 2017 i no longer have the email, and recent purchases dont show free games downloaded so i cant find anything to prove its my account. (I have previously tried to tie my account to an email but they required the same information but i could still use the app so when i couldn't find what they needed i just left it)

i have a very unhappy boy as he has spent many a robux on this account, please does anyone know how i can possibly get the imformation i need.

Then can you confirm that you are still having issues with Minecraft and, if I could ask, how are you installing Minecraft?

And is this occurring with any other games downloaded from the Xbox app? Your post details differences in function with the DirectX driver versions so it worth looking into if this isn't occurring system wide or isn't confirmed that all games from the Xbox App are behaving in this manner. Trying to sort here, by the source and cause/effect, if this is based in only particular games and their common denominator - if that is the Xbox App then we can confirm it is an Xbox App issue and can investigate properly.

It could also just be a game version issue where the download of the game is not the latest with the best compatibility, which may have happened with Roblox, but I cannot confirm with version numbers downloaded from the Microsoft Store/Xbox App and the version received from the Roblox website.

Also, I realize now that I misspoke, Roblox is not a Game Pass Game, its FTP. Which: My bad on that gamer.
