Provide an alternate email address where Microsoft can contact you

Serial number for your Xbox console (if you know it)

Billing details (if you’ve purchased anything in the past)

Step 2: Watch your alternate email for updates

Once you submit the form, Microsoft will review your request and usually respond within 24 hours.

Does anyone know if there is a way to see what accounts have this console setup as the home Xbox?

My account was working yesterday and now it says code 80150100 then I go on it again and code 80004005 comes up. does anyone know how to fix it?
