    Does anyone have freezing issues?


    On my Xbox One S, I will be playing a game for an hour and the console will freeze. After I turn it off, it can only be turned on again when I hold the 'eject' and 'power' buttons for 20 seconds. It begins to work again fine, but the process repeats itself.

    Any suggestions on what I should do? Factory reset?

    Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

    If there is a problem with the HDMI cable you have attached to the passthrough then that would probably causes issues.
