No worries! The site unfortunately seems to be known to have these errors, and all we can really advise here is to try different browsers, networks, etc.

The team on Twitter can assist further. I believe you can send an email to them normally (without completing the form), but Twitter is probably the best option to contact them anyway.

Thanks for the reply! I just reached out via Twitter - hopefully, that will work.

Unfortunately, it seems to store/register the company email when you submit, so I would have to keep generating company emails to try again. I did try it from both Edge and Chrome with the same results.

If you’re not able to successfully complete the Xbox game developer form because of a blank screen and a loading/rendering error, try again from an incognito (InPrivate) tab in another browser and/or different device.

If this persists, then you should email id @ xbox.com (remove the spaces) or reach out to the team on Twitter @ID_Xbox - they should be able to point you in the right direction if you send a DM.
