Does anyone have a direct email address from a MS representative?

You may have to just call Xbox Support(1-800-4MY-XBOX), but I'd suggest first discussing it with XboxSupport on Twitter.

I have tried to navigate through the rockstar website but it not user friendly does anyone have a direct email address for rockstar support ???

If they have already setup another xbox profile/MS account and want to move the account and info to their other account it is not possible.

What is possible is to change what email address is associated with an account.

Before I give you directions on how to do that you want to keep this in mind.

IF the current email on the account is a MS server email (@hotmail.com, @msn.com, @live.com, @outlook.com) and you follow the directions im about to give you it will delete the email FOREVER and you will not be able to get it back.

Following these directions will ONLY change the email address used to sign into the account with any verification email addresses, passwords, billing options, and stuff like that will not change although once you change the email then your son can go in
there and add his own information to the account.

Now for the directions.

1. Sign into the account at account.live.com/addassocid it may ask for you to verify ownership of your account by sending a verification code out. This will bring up a page with two options.

1. Create a new email (outlook.com) email This will create a new outlook email for you.

2. Add an existing email address (non MS server email like Gmail, yahoo, or ISP email) You can add one of these as long as it is not already attached to another MS account. If you choose this one it will send a verification email to
that email address to make sure you do have access to it.

2. Choose which one you want to do and add that email as an alias to the account.

3. Make the new email the primary email on the account.

4. Remove the old email from the account (Remember if you STILL use this email DO NOT delete it because you will LOSE it FOREVER)

5. Once these steps are done ANY console your son has his account on he would have to remove the account from the console then go in and add it back with the new email address.

Remember this will only change the email used to sign in with the account once the email is changed your son can go onto account.live.com and change the password and security proofs and name and payment options on the account.

Yes, sorry I never posted. Can't remember the exact steps. Have to login on the MS website with the child email address.

This will be the email address they use for MS. They are a child account registered against an adult but they still have an individual email address. Login with that, should be able to find their subscriptions from there.

It's been over 60 days since I've tried ChellMyBelle's advice regarding receiving email from Xbox on the new email address attached to my profile . So far , it hasn't worked ; thought it would , sounded logical . Still get email to the original address I
switched from .

Once again , I'm at a loss . Switched email addresses on my profile , successful . Updated contact info on my MS account , but no joy .

Advice anyone ?
