Does anyone happen to know the UPnP Servers/IP range for Xbox live.

are you trying to find Microsoft's servers or Xbox hosting servers or both?

hello fellow gamer's if it's giving you a UPnP unavailable this would mean that you have blocked your consoles IP address not Microsoft's because all Microsoft servers come up to Microsoft when you ping them have your IT buddy look for an IP address labeled Private Network that starts with 192. all Xbox consoles are labeled Private Network and all Xbox consoles IP addresses start with 192 this should narrow down your search also if that is the case and you have blocked your console IP from your network it would prevent your device from finding the internet connection you have provided aka your gateway IP address peace out fellow gamers.

It is a NAT issue, as the Sonicwall - Model Posted Above - TZ100 Wireless N, does not have UPNP.

I have put it on the network as I have recently got a job that uses these and wanted to familiarize myself with them. They are designed for security and work networks, therefore having trouble with Xbox Live.

I believe that I have sorted the issue though. Testing as we speak. I have allowed the IP range that I believe is used by Xbox Live, 65.55.42.1 - 65.55.42.254 and pushed it towards the Xbox. Can either of you guys confirm the IP Range of the Xbox live servers?

Leave the remote ip range as zero's (which means anyone) because you will never know the ip addresses of the people you are playing against as Xbox live is peer 2 peer.

So zero's is fine.

Reserve an ip address for your Xbox using DHCP reservation , set your xbox ip address to auto and then put the reserved ip address in the QOS local ip address (from and to) and change the protocol from TCP to both and leave the port range as it is (everything)
