Does anyone feel like 179$ is a good value?

The 360 is a decade old nearly and it's still nearly 200$ should the price have lowered to at least 150 by now?

Yes...it should be around $95 really, especially since the servers will probably only be supported less than a year longer.

 

$170 is for the one with the tiny HD to boot.

 

Well, Gamestop is offering the older Xbox 360 units + 6 games for $99.99 on their website and comes with their guarantee. Not a bad price.

I'm going to guess those are probably used systems and games though. Probably find out they were banned consoles or something.

 

I got an xbox 360 from cowboom (aka Best Buy) for $75 I think. It was used, but it was basically like new. If I ever need another one, I would just buy from a place like that. I see no point in buying new when the console is pretty old anyways.
