Does anyone else have this refund issue?

(Sent this to Microsoft today but they haven't replied.) Hi, I've tried to get in contact with Microsoft by giving them my feedback which was months ago, but I still haven't got a reply so I'll kindly remind you about my situation. A few months ago I purchased the game 'Call Of Duty Black ops Cold War' and I decided to refund the game because it would kick me out of the game after a few seconds of starting up and say "You do not own this game" if I tried to get through the menu. I've tried YouTube videos and they don't solve that problem but that is not the issue, I still haven't received my money even though Microsoft emailed me saying "Your order(s) have been refunded. You should see it credited to your account and sent to your financial institution within 5 business days based on your financial institution process". It has been more than 2 months which has me very disappointed and I'm pretty sure you've had complaints about this game before.

Normally the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

In case you didn't receive your money back within that time, please contact our live support Contact us | Xbox Support.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

I sometimes get those issues with the store not loading so I think it's xbox's side on that. Also pretty much this entire week it's been taking longer to get invites that were sent out, like it could take minutes for some to pop up on my screen even though
I get them on my phone instantly. So it could be your router or just xbox in general.

I have noticed some issues with downloads when i was trying to download free games with gold games.... Took me several tries to even get option to pop up for me to download the game... A few times it completely booted me out of store and back to Home on
my Xbox.... I did finally get games to download but shouldnt have taken so long thats for sure

Yea I've been lag in a whole lot more then usual an been getting disconnected from games.
