does anyone else have issues with noisy controllers?

I purchased an xbox one at Christmas and I love it, but my pack in controller has a "sproing" sound in the left stick when you lean the stick back, its not bad and doesn't cause any gameplay problems, its just annoying. I just purchased a second controller
and it has a click noise on both sticks, again its not bad and doesn't cause any gameplay problems, its just annoying.

Power Brick Fan Sounds Like It's Going To Explode

I don't know anyone else with an xbox one, but if anyone does, it might be worth trying the 'noisy' PSU on another xbox one to see if it's a console or PSU issue? I still think it's a PSU one, though we can never tell.

Game Updates Download Extremely Slow

Does anyone else have issues with game updates downloading at a snails pace?

I checked my download speed on my Xbox One and it's consistently around 86 MBps, yet it took me 3 hours last night to download a 73 MB Destiny update.

Does anyone else have issues like this? Or does anyone have a solution?

No, I do not experience that with my controller. It may be a sign that the controller is going to fail and it may just be unusually noisy. Happy Gaming!

In case you didn't receive your money back within that time, please contact our live support Contact us | Xbox Support.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.
