Does Anybody know why I can't play BF3 on my Xbox One?

Hey guys,

I try putting in both disc for BF3 into my Xbox one and nothing happens. The game doesn't pop up anywhere for me to be able to go onto the game. On the store the game says "Battlefield 3 is not currently available". Someone from Microsoft support told me
to wait a day or two because the game just became backwards compatible but I can't see that magically making my disc work. The disc looks perfectly sound and I bought the game today. What could be the issue? Some people say you can only play BF3 digitally
which I don't understand since you literally can't buy it from the store, and some people say it ONLY works with using the disc.

Does anybody have any ideas? Cheers.

Try a hard reset of your Xbox :- http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

And then put the disc in, you need to run the installer from the internet, once it recognizes you have the disc inserted.

Unfortunately, the Microsoft account only has linked social network accounts, game accounts such as ubsoft, epic games, psn, are done in reverse, that is, the platform account is linked to the microsoft account, and microsoft does not have access accounts owned by other companies.

In your case, only Playtstation can help in this process since Microsoft does not have access to either the process or the information.

I only played one match of conquest in HC mode but I think it's a nice improvement over HC in BF3. Lax seemed to think the same thing.

My BF3 is loading very slow today. Don't know why. I can't even sign into Xbox live because of a security error.
