Does anybody know what can be done about trying to get back refunds for charges that are...

Microsoft replied back via email saying, "We double checked your account and found it's not eligible for a refund. REASON: There are no charges on your account and other account matching the description, so we're unable to refund your order.  This order is not eligible for a refund under the Microsoft Terms of sale." The bank account shows 5 separate charges totaling $107, even though it doesn't show on the account that any transactions were made, so how did these charges come to be?
