Does anybody know how to fix this Error?

I have been getting this error message whenever i have tried to load up three of my games on my PC. All my other games that i have downloaded have loaded up just fine and i am able to play them. When i go in to load this game up this is the error message that pops up for all three of them. I have had xbox support, Microsoft Support, and even best buy geek squad remote into my computer to try and get this fixed. However, nobody has been able to get this to go away with everything that we have tried. we have tried changing the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, resetting and repairing the games, both the xbox app and the microsoft store app. A few techs support have even downloaded an ISO thing and even did a custom installation.

1. compared system specifications and game requirements

2. Switched file location of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

3. Checked missing files and compare them with files and data of working games > nothing unusual

4. Verified and Reset the games

If you know how to fix this please let me know. in the past when a game of mine would do this i would be able to follow the directions that the pop up gives you and it would fix the problem.

We are curious, is there a reason why you should be loading three games at the same time?
Did you check if your system is bottle neck?
May we ask for your computer specs?
Are we part of Xbox Insider or Windows Insider?
Please provide your Xbox app for Windows version and Gaming Services version. You may do that by launching the Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.

Hello thanks for getting back to me. Let me answers these questions for you.

1. I didn't download the three games at the same time. I downloaded three games that did the exact same thing, but I didn't download them together. Once one game was downloading the next one started so on and so forth.

2. I Believe so. This computer is fairly new. My dad had it custom built and when xbox support was on my computer they checked all of that out and said they didn't see anything weird and said everything looks good.

We have reviewed your logs, and this is not an issue related to the Xbox App on PC. We have identified a bug within the game that is affecting certain users. We have escalated this to Travellers Tale, the developers of the game. We also recommend checking the Lego Games Support site for updates. Since you are currently on an Insider build, this build is not stable hence, unexpected hiccups might occur.

You may switch out from the Windows Insider build to see if issue persist, by using this guide: Stop receiving insider builds for Windows 10 - Microsoft Support. Then, send a feedback to the Team Xbox about this issue.

Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon
Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu
Select “Report a problem”
Click Give new feedback
Add [Xbox Forum] in “Summarize your feedback” followed by a feedback summary
- Summary should be descriptive and fully detailing the error you are receiving. Links redirecting to this forum post will not be accepted and will cause a delay in your feedback submission.
Category should automatically be selected.
In the "add more details" category, you will have the option to "Recreate my problem". Recreating the problem will help us further pinpoint the error you are receiving.
Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread
