Does achievements work in Xbox Game Pass Pc in offline mode?

I saw a post on reddit where it says that the popup window for achivemts doesn't show up if you play offline but achievemts gets stored in pc save file if you login back in offline it automaticaly syncs your save thus for achivments and if you shut down
your pc without login in online it doesn't. My question, "Is this imformation true?"

They often do, but there's no guarantee. I'm seeing a wide variety of people with varying success on this.

Yes, I believe that you can unlock up to 50 achievements while your in offline mode and they will pop when you come back online.

Do you have this game via Game Pass? The game itself does support offline play. On PC I assume you've followed these instructions https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/gaming-on-windows/play-games-offline-windows-10
