I configured by 32 gb drive and it was full

Those files are how the 360 uses the configured space on the USB, so do not delete them.

Go back to your 360 and copy any files you want to save back onto the 360. DLC can be downloaded again so don't worry about saving that if you are short on internal space.

Now go back to where you configured it and pick the Remove Xbox 360 Storage option. Your USB stick is now fit for use for the PC only.

If you want to put movies on the USB and use it for 360 storage simply pick the manual configure option and split the space.

If the USB drive has been configured for use with the Xbox 360, chances are that it is configured using all of the space available on the drive. You would have to remove Xbox 360 storage from the drive, then reconfigure the drive so that some space is used
by the Xbox 360, and the rest can be used for music, movies, pictures, etc.

If you have game saves or content on the USB drive, I would not recommend getting rid of the Xbox 360 storage from the drive, as you would lose your game saves and have to re-download your content.

If you configure a USB Storage device for Xbox 360 storage, and subsequently insert this drive into a PC, it will show the drive as full. This because the Xbox 360 reserves the drive space for Xbox 360 storage. It will only appear full on a PC, while a
360 will show the actual free space.

If you want to use a USB flash drive with your PC as well as the 360, you'll need to format it again, choosing the 'customise' option instead.

You'd need to actually format the drive completely before you're able to allocate more space to USB Flash Drive. The Xbox 360 cannot re-configure an already configured storage device. The only way to re-configure it is to format and then allocate as much space
as you'd like the Xbox 360 to have use of then configure.

You can format up to 32 GB of the storage space on the USB flash drive to use as Xbox storage.

Note If you receive the message "Can’t configure," the USB flash drive does not meet the USB minimum requirements.
