Thank you for responding. Make sure your skin packs have been installed unto your game by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to go to the
   Home screen.
2. Use the left stick to navigate down to My games & apps, and then select
   See all. Press the A button to select it.
3. Select Games, and then highlight the game for which you have an add-on.
4. Press the Menu button, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
   
5. Select the Ready to install tab.
6. Highlight the add-on or game content you want to install, and then press the
   A button on your controller.

If the content has been installed and you are still unable to access it, try
uninstalling Minecraft altogether. Let us know how it goes!
