Doctor Rewards Level 3 not showing

Hello,

I've been participating in the Doctor Rewards mission this month and have completed the level 1 spend limit, and the level 3 achievement challenge, however, I purchased an avatar item (Stargate Portal Prop) on the 24th which is over 96 hours and it still
hasn't registered on the site, which is also preventing me from completing the whole challenge. Please help!

Apocalypse Rewards – Level 2 & 3 missing

Hello

I purchased Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition and completed 5 achievements by 27 May. Level 1 is showing in my pending credits but Level 2 & 3 are missing.

I completed 3 achievements on 22 May but these were not showing in the Apocalypse Rewards page on by 31 May.

Can someone look into this and ensure the Level 2 & 3 are correctly awarded?

Please also do not reply if you are not an Xbox Rewards support person.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently in the process of recovering from an issue with our purchase data provider that caused us to not receive purchases made after January 22nd. We have confirmed your purchase on the 24th with another source.
Once this issue has been resolved, and purchase data begins to flow again, you should see this offer progress as expected. We have been recently updated by the team working on this issue, and expect this error to be resolved shortly. Again, apologies for any
