Hola, el día 1 de junio me llegó un correo de que trataron de cobrar mi Xbox Live Gold y no se pudo debido a fondos insuficientes, y el día 4 de junio ya se pudo efectuar el cobro, pero en mi cuenta de la tarjeta me
aparecen los cobros del día 1 y del día 4, se cobro 2 veces el mismo product

Hi Norma,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Did you also have the game pass subscription? This would cover the second charge. If not you can request a call from support to assist you further. This may of gave you two months so support will need to work
this out.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

First I suggest pulling up your order history and review it as the charges could be for Xbox Live and for Game Pass which are two different subscriptions. That is the most common reason for seeing two charges on the same day.

If you notice that the two charges are for the same service and you only wanted one, then you can try contacting customer support for your region and ask about the refund process for your region.

Try this support channel first
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us, but if that doesn't work take a look at this thread for international support numbers and give customer support for your region a call.
