Hey there, August Leon! I understand what I am asking users to do, and believe me when I say I know it is tedious. Again, to ensure that there are no other items that are not showing up, I will need the entire list of all the characters and outfits that
you have received with this bundle so I can compare to others. Once I have that from you and others, I will be able to pass the information along to the appropriate teams so they are able to have full details on what users are running into.

Please post back with that, and when others do, I will compare lists and get it sent to the appropriate people. Thanks for understanding!

WE KNOW THERE ARE NO OTHER ITEMS MISSING.... WE KNOW TROPICAL TINA IS MISSING BECAUSE SHE'S IN OUR CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN WITH A BIG LOCK SAYING "THIS COSTUME HAS NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED.... IT IS THE ONLY COSTUME WE ARE MISSING..... IT IS THE ONLY COSTUME
LOCKED TO US.

.... HOW CAN YOU BE SO DENSE? WHAT WILL LISTING THE OTHER 237 COSTUMES ACCOMPLISH?

Hey, guys! The reason why I am asking this is because I am required to before I can continue. If I were able to just send this up to the appropriate people without all the pertinent information, I would for you. In order to get this resolved, I will need
that full list to present to the teams that investigate these sort of issues so that they are able to ensure there are no further issues with the product.

Without this information, I cannot get this passed on.

I cannot see your screen. I am unable to confirm what you are seeing without getting the required information. Once I have that, I will be able to get this on to the appropriate teams. We really do understand the time it will take to do that, and appreciate
your help with this.

I also have this problem. Listing off every item would take whole day and is not really worth it, nor is it our responsibility. You may have to break one of your protocols to fix it. Thanks for the response though.

Yeah this is getting kind of crazy...

Surely ALL of us confirming here that nothing else is missing at all, having all bought the same thing and all missing just one exact same costume is enough??

Just incase, here's a list of everything I got with my pre-order disc version of the game + Ultimate content set dlc:

- All characters & costumes except Tropical Tina.

If you do not want to provide the list of every item in this pack, please feel free to reach out to the developer of the game to see if they may investigate what is going on.

Glad to see this is now fixed. I only checked today for the first time in a while, so don't know when it got fixed, but if you go to 'manage' on the content set now, Tina tropical shows up as 'ready to install'.

For some weird reason, so does the Christie Senran Kagura costume, so, bonus!!

Now I've got a different and worse problem though, I can't select most of the DLC in the character select even though it's installed.

Hey there, August Leon! I'm very sorry to see you don't have access to that character as well! I am aware of that list there. The list I am asking for is from you and what you have in-game.

And the reason why the price would be a bit more is because tax is added on after you purchase. When you purchase any item, it states the price "+ tax" on the confirmation screen. This is why you see the higher price after purchase.

Post back with that list, and once we have others post back, we'll be able to compare the items and get it sent up to the appropriate people.
