Doa5 last round- Ultimate content pack missing items 235 of 237

Bought the ultimate content pack for Doa5 last round. It lists 237 items but i only got 235 items. Checked the store and list of content and
i only count 235 items. I am missing content that i thought was part of pack. Example: didn't get the tropical tina outfit thats part of the tropical pack.was wondering did someone miss count or miss adding items?

Team Ninja's page here (click on 360 for the full details). This will give you the ability to play with other users online that have the content purchased, and to purchase the Last
Round items without having to purchase the game again.

The price of $39.99 is something that we are now looking into, and once I have more information for you, I will post back in here. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

Anyway, I have two issues. First, the updates to Last round deleted all my save data which is very frustrating. Is there anyway to recover my save game data?

Second, the DLC I purchased does not include the extra costumes as listed on the website:

As it lists on the website "All content from DOA5 and DOA5U listed below is included for free in Dead or Alive 5 Last Round.". Yet the DLC I purchased and updates I downloaded DO NOT include these outfits.

Can you please clarify? Or give me an email of someone who can?

I too have this problem... I purchased the DOA5LR Ultimate Content Bundle on my XBox One, I have all the costumes except for Tina #27 (Tropical Paradise) and Sarah #11 (Halloween).

If I go to Tina's #27 costume in the store, it says I have to pay $1.99 for it, although I already paid for it in the bundle.

I can't even find Sarah's #11 costume in the store, it's only available in bundles.

 

I have the same problem, what now?

 

Me too. However today I found that Sarah's 2013 Halloween costume (no. 11) is now available to download from the store for free (well - if you have the content set downloaded anyway - it shows up as an item to manage now).

But the Tina no. 27 still hasn't appeared on the list?

I trust you're fixing this, right guys?

Hey, guys! I'm incredibly sorry to see that you aren't receiving all the content that should be there in your purchase! That's definitely not something we want to see, so hopefully we can narrow this down.

With so much content out there, I'm hoping you guys will help me out. Can all of you provide a list of all the items that should come with this and what you have? This will help me sort out if it's only specific content, or if you guys have content that
varies that seems to be missing.

I understand that this will be a long post, and I'm prepared for that. It will massively help out in getting you guys your content, though!

I appreciate the assistance, and will keep an eye on this thread for your updates. :3

 

You're asking us to list 235 irrelevant items to narrow down the two missing items all 3 of us have in common. This is like impossible... I spent 15 minutes looking for a file name list of the DLC in the DOA5LR Ultimate Content Bundle, it doesn't exist.

3 of us are in agreement that Tina #27 (Tropical Sexy Tina) and Sarah #11 (Halloween 2013) were not included with our download.

When we view Tina #27 (Tropical Sexy Tina) in the store, it says we have to pay $1.99 for it, but also says it's part of the Ultimate Content Bundle we've already purchased.

Sarah #11 (Halloween 2013) wasn't even listed as individual DLC in the store until a few days after launch. Once it appeared in the store, we were able to download it at no charge.

Sarah #11 (Halloween 2013) is resolved, but we still can't download Tina #27 (Tropical Sexy Tina).

While I understand the task is daunting, in order to have the full story, I need the full list. Once I have that, I will be able to compare the items that we have on the marketplace and what ones you state are missing. Even though you all are in agreement,
I need to make sure there isn't any other content that needs to be fixed at the same time so that we do not run into this again.

i have the same problem. tropical sexy tina costume is missing from ultimate content set i purchased. it cost 97$ something, not 92.99 as they advertised. i'm disappointed tropical sexy tina is missing.

Hey there, August Leon! I'm very sorry to see you don't have access to that character as well! I am aware of that list there. The list I am asking for is from you and what you have in-game.

And the reason why the price would be a bit more is because tax is added on after you purchase. When you purchase any item, it states the price "+ tax" on the confirmation screen. This is why you see the higher price after purchase.

Post back with that list, and once we have others post back, we'll be able to compare the items and get it sent up to the appropriate people.

 

Hi, It's quite simple. The costume "tropical Tina" is missing from Tropical sexy costume set which is also a part of greater dlc bundle content set "Ultimate content set". I have all the rest from the list. I purchased full game (pre-order disc game) from
Gamestop, which comes with ninja and aloha pack. I have all the characters. Then I purchased the ultimate content set dlc. From that dlc costume content set, the Tropical Tina is missing. No one can provide any more information because there's not any. It's
quite simple, but you don't seem understand what you're asking, perhaps you are not at all familiar with the game and its dlc costume content and how they work. Please ask and sort it asap with people who took our money. Thank you!
