If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested

A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely
untrue.

XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous
factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

It's sad that you can't play older games without having to worry about cheaters and modders. I know MS still bans people and such for engaging in those cheats, but still. Seems like for every cheater that is banned, 5 more show up in their place.

why patch old games? it costs them money to patch the game, MS charges them, then they have to pay the developers to make the patch itself.. it would be easier for MS to just ban the cheaters tbh, it would take like 3 people a days work.
