Do you think the Xbox one will ever get a real baseball game?

Just wanted to know if anyone thinks Microsoft will ever get a real baseball sim. I don't mean like RBI baseball something more like the show. I love my xbox one I just feel its the only thing its missing.

No, I want a legitimate baseball game. I am still enjoying MLB 2K13 on my Xbox 360. I would love to have a real baseball game on Xbox One. I just don't see it ever happening. Which is sad.

If you really want a baseball game maybe you should get a ps4 even if Xbox gets one it won't be as good as the show is on playstation. The last real baseball game on Xbox MLB 2k forget the year wasn't very good

 

Maybe someday, if baseball ever grows a younger demographic.

 

The Show is the main reason I also have a PS4. It's that good. There should be 3rd party baseball games eventually since 2k no longer makes one. They held the 3rd party exclusivity deal with MLB, so I would imagine that has expired or will soon.

 

Yeah I really wish I had a Ps4 just for the show. its just I can really can only afford one console, so I just have to wait and hope xbox gets a real baseball game someday.

 

I hope Xbox One will recieve a legitimate MLBl game. Unfortunately they just don't sell well. We have seen itnseveral times in the past. I mean how many publishers and developers have made baseball games and then quit? A dozen

I will keep my fingers crossed but I doubt it.

 

The 2k baseball games were good, it's a shame they don't make them anymore.

 

Baseball isnt an American pastime anymore, its more Japan/South America but to answer yuor question, no I really doubt it.

 

My bf got the show and I've never heard him curse so much. I'm not sure how someone can enjoy all that aggravation.

 

If by "fun" you mean "easy" then I can understand. The 2k games were pathetic. It's really not fun when the AI can't even throw to the right base to get an out. 2k was an absolute joke when it came to MLB games. They had decent graphics, but pathetic game
play.

 

IMO: Not likely.

Since the days of 2K Sports on the original xbox. Sports games I don't think they would sell as well as other types of games on current gen. Esp baseball games.

 

I hate that 2K called it quits on the 3rd party license. I think they could have made something special if the had stayed with it. I wish EA would revive the MVP baseball series at least. I have hope that a baseball sim will be revealed by this years
end for a release by Opening Day 2016, if not by EA, then ANYONE that would make a decent one.
