    .....or more games less?

I feel like I'm missing out on so many games this gen. Certain games take so long. I play for a few hours almost every night unless I go for a few pints. I'm still pretty good at games, but The Witcher 3 took a few months. Fallout 4 has taken my time since
May. Many games this gen take me well over a month.

I'll play them til I think I got every bit of life out of it. I also only like to be totally and completely engrossed by 1 game at a time.

So are there others like me that play less games longer or do you just blast through games and churn them out like hotcakes just to get to the newest game?

I'm only just now getting around to The Evil Within lol

    :)

Some BO Players /STILL/ concerned about no mics/in a spot a friend should have been in?

I disagree They are needed to play zombies to it's best. How else do you talk to people when you're downed? If i go down and i'm in a bad area, or there's a lot of zombies and it's almost impossible to get me then how do i tell them that without a mic? If
they come to get me they will possibly die, meaning less team members up.

It's better to be able to communicate because you will last longer. It doesn't mean anyones better, it's just more teamwork. Zombies it a teamwork game, therefore if you can't communicate in a multiplayer co-op zombies game then the game is pointless because
    you won't get very far.

  3. When are we getting Warface?

    Oh!

    .

That's just better, because now you can say "Oh, it's just some free-to-play game called Warface", which is even less impressive.

  5. I played borderlands 2 and TPS this year which took a month a piece and came out in 2012 and 2014. what I do is play a long game and then I'll play a shorter game so it feels like I'm moving through my pile.

In the end it doesn't really matter though, play what you're enjoying at the time and I think the way gaming is moving forward, you'll have plenty of time the games you missed out on in the future.

I've always been a PlayStation person myself. This time I decided to go with Xbox because of reverse compatibility so now I get to check up all the exclusives for 360 and the new ones for Xbox One. I figured this way I can get some real Bargains On the older
system but still the quality is pretty good and I get to play all of the exclusives. I figured be patient and weight so you can save your dollars and buy more of the older games for a much better price. except for this past couple of days I went on the bandwagon
and bought some of the download content from the Xbox summer sale. all that matters is keep on giving and have fun however you do it peace

Save a lot of money that way but I buy anything I'm interested in then stop playing usually long before I beat it unless I love the game

Yeah I just hate the feeling that I'm losing out on loads of games. At least they're a lot cheaper by the time I get them.

i have 219 approx games on the xbox one, that is including 89 BC games, I confess i'm a hoarder of digital games as a third of these games have never even been loaded yet, i buy games in the intention of completing them but end up being to busy and to tired
    to concentrate lol.

  10. Brandiesel, I haven't even started Witcher 3 or Evil Within on the XB1 and I've had both for ages. It sounds like you're really enjoying the games you do have so I'd just stick with that.

I wasted an hour playing Double Dragon last night, wasn't really a waste because it was fun for me.

I'm exactly the same this gen, its the first time I've never experienced a summer drought. I think the games really deliver on the whole this gen. With the 360 I would buy the latest AA blast through it in a week and be rummaging in the bargain bin until
the next AA title. Haven't rummaged in a bin this gen at all, I'm always playing catch up..

I have about 30 Xbox 360 games and about 25 Xbox 1 games, so yes I have a lot of backlog. Games I tend to play a lot of are Minecraft and COD BO2 zombies since most on my full Xbox 360 friends list play it, cuz I don't like always playing alone and sometimes
I may have a short attention span. I prefer buying more games (but not too many) so that I can try out new stuff. I like Overwatch, and in September 2016, more new games I like come out, including Final Fantasy XV, Recore, and in particular, Forza Horizon
set in Australia. Also a bit interested in Star Trek Online and Halo Wars 2 when they come to Xbox 1.

I've had Xbox since late 2010, my first Xbox game was Final Fantasy XIII. It was also my first Final Fantasy game too. And that game takes about 50 hours to get through! Yet I completed it before December 2010. I liked the graphics, characters, story, and
battle system. Several games I've tried I haven't earned any achievements in. I play for fun. Last year I did play Life Is Strange on Xbox 1. I played through each entire episode without a break, and the episodes took about 2-3 hours. I sometimes am committed
to games. I've stayed up a few times until like 5am on weekends playing Minecraft, then woke up again 2 hours later at 7am to play Minecraft. I've brought several games DAY ONE too.

Unless a game I own gets boring, I play them one at a time. Borderlands has taken up the most of my time. Over 3 months of it, so it wouldn't do me to have FO4 DD. For all other games would be collecting dust until I built a personal Utopia within it.

My problem is that don't get to spend as long in a single gaming session as I used to, so struggle to get into the larger games like Fallout 4, The Witcher 3 etc.

Before my daughter came along I could happily spend 4-5 hours playing Oblivion and getting fully immersed, but now I only get maybe 2 hours to play in a single session so find myself playing 'sit and go' games like sports and driving games where you can
jump straight into a few matches or races then turn off.

I've got Fallout 4 on my shelf and really want to get into it, but the depth of games these days means that I can't just jump straight in. The only way I could pick it straight up is if I was solely playing a single game at a time, but as others have said,
as there is such a great list of games I find I play more games for less time, than less games for more time.
