Do you still get free xbox live?

Hi. The other day I got an Xbox One. Unfortunately the power supply died next day which left my console useless. And now it can take weeks to get my replacement shipped to me. With that being said, will they reimburse me? I had a friend who's 360 died and
try sent him a free month of live when they shipped him his system. Sorry if I'm mistaken. This is he first time I've had to send in something to microsoft.

Do you still get one month Xbox Live free when signing up?

Pretty sure it is three free trials per xbox. It was when I signed up in 2008. I also do not recall connecting any payment methods to the two other accounts I gave the 'free trials' to. It may have changed since though!

 

You are currently showing as a silver member so being reimbursed isn`t likely as you are not losing anything.

They do offer complementary free months when consoles are sent for repair, but i don`t think they do if its just the power supply you have sent.
