    On my Xbox elite controller I have stick drift there is rattling from inside my controller and the paddles on the back don’t work

    I would suggest returning the controller to the store you bought it from. In most cases when doing that you walk out of the store with a new one instead of having to wait at least 2 weeks for it to get repaired.

    If however you do decide to get it repaired then please follow these instructions
