I usually contact them here Contact Us | Xbox Support and they are always able to sort out any issue i have.

They have a call back feature and a live chat where you can talk to a real person, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help.

You do have to use the Reply button. Even if using the quick reply box at the bottom of the page you still need to click the Reply button to post. What is happening to people is that they are clicking that and all that happens is the button disappears.
