"Do You Own This Game or App?" message even though I do own it

Hi,

Back two years ago when Fallout 4 was released, I bought the physical copy, which came with a redemption code for a free digital copy of
Fallout 3 (which was originally for Xbox 360). So, today, almost two years later, I finally redeemed the code to get my free copy, and it worked--the game downloaded and installed just fine. When I look at
Fallout 3 in the Microsoft Store, it says "You own this product" under the name, and there's a "Play" button instead of the usual "Buy" button, so I know the Store recognizes that it was "purchased" (for free via the redemption code of course).

But when I try to launch Fallout 3, I get the "Do you own this game or app?" error message, which of course usually happens when you try to launch a game without the disc inserted, or when not signed in to the right account. But I do own
the game and I am signed in to my account and connected to Xbox Live. So I shouldn't be getting this error message.

Why is this happening? It's very frustrating, as there were no issues installing the game or redeeming my code. Is it something to do with the fact that it's an Xbox 360 title? I don't know why that would make a difference though. Can anyone shed some light
on this? Thanks!

Do you own this game or app message

While playing the BF1 early access, I get the pop up asking me if I want to use my trial. I select "use trial", but the same message appears a few minutes later. This gets very annoying, as is pauses my game most likely causing me to mess up in game.

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps
