Do you own this game or app? keeps crashing games

So as a somewhat serious zombies player on call of duty I need my game to operate for hours on end but that seems to be somewhat of an issue. About two hours into a recent zombies game the game just boots me and I get a message from my xbox asking if I own
the game when it is installed on my xbox digitally. The first time or two I just ignored it and went on with my life but it's happening way too often and it's ruining my game experiences.

Error 0x803F8001 Do you own this game or app?

Whenever I try to start up Minecraft it says Do you own this game or app and then about xbox live diffrent accounts.Everything is right, Im on right account Im connected to xbox live but it keeps showing that same error everytime I tried reinstalling the
game and xbox. I did buy Minecraft on 360 but it shows up on xbox one as if I own the game Im confused. None of the guides on the Internet helped.

If you purchased the game as a digital download, make sure that you're signed in to the console using the same account you used to purchase the game. Also, make sure that the console is connected to Xbox Live.

Hey there Billy!

Sorry to hear that you're getting this error while trying to play No Man's Sky.

I heard that game got a pretty expansive update and I bet you're really excited to get in on that.

If you haven't already, then I would suggest giving the steps on our support page entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay"
a shot.

When you get a chance, try the troubleshooting steps outlined above and let us know that that helped with the issue.

Sign out of your profile , hard restart you console then sign back in, should work fine after

This has happened to me several times too.

1. Make sure if you've installed the game to an external HDD instead of your console internal storage, that the external HDD with the game on it, is connected to your Xbox One.

2. Ensure the game or app is up to date, and that it has fully been installed.

3. Ensure your console has the latest system update.

4. Restart your console and try again if the above don't work.

5. If the above don't work, contact Xbox Support, the official support agency Microsoft has delegated. Don't rely and wait for the reply of unofficial non Microsoft employee/support people to make a reply. Xbox Support since I've used it, is great. Although
they're not perfect, it is the official support body from Microsoft. And Microsoft has quality control over Xbox Support and standards of what is expected from Xbox Support. Last time I contacted them, they sent me a feedback email for me to rate them on the
service. In 2011 I rang them and they read of a script which was funny but kind of weird. But now they have chat so it's usually txt chat.

If that fails please check what happens when you set the console as Offline and try to start the game to see what happens.
