Do you own this game or app? HELP!!!

Whenever I try and start up my Forza Horizon 3 game in My Games & apps, it gives me the error that says, "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live. If you don't
have the rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0x803f8001)" I know for a FACT that I spent my hard-earned money on pre-ordering this game, and I believe I have the right to play it! Please help!

Hi all

I recently bought my Xbox one about 3 weeks ago and bought numerous games with it including Fifa 17. I've been playing them with no problems until now, today i went to play fifa, only to find that an error message came up saying *do you own this game or
app* with three options:

1. Go to store - where i have to buy the game

2. Cancel - which removes the error message and takes me back to the Xbox home screen

3. Help - which takes me here

All other games work fine but Fifa 17 doesn't.

Please help. Thanks in advance

 

I'm having de same problem since last week!

The game worked fine about 2 weeks ago, but now it gives the same message of error - like i wouldn't have the rights to play the game =(

If you visit the game's page on the Xbox Store, does it prompt you to purchase the game there? If so, please verify that you are signed-in with the appropriate account that owns the game. In the meantime, try a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console by selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps' to see if that helps!

 

Same with me. In the game's page, there are only the "play" option, not buy. I've purchased the game in june, but it doesnt appear on m purchasing history.

 

I've been having the same problem with all of my downloaded games. I have soft reset, hard reset, factory reset, and even tries uninstalling and I cannot get any of my digital games to work. They were free downloads at the time.
This is seriously enough to make me never purchase a downloaded game again.

 

Try powercycling the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.

If that doesn't work, remove the profile from your console and redownload it again.
