    For a few days, I keep receiving this message when trying to play my games. It does not matter which game it is, which profile we use, how many times we restart the system, etc. Even the games that were digitally downloaded have this error message. I am
    getting really frustrated, is there a fix to this? Thanks!

    Do you own this game or app?

    Hi all

    I recently bought my Xbox one about 3 weeks ago and bought numerous games with it including Fifa 17. I've been playing them with no problems until now, today i went to play fifa, only to find that an error message came up saying *do you own this game or
    app* with three options:

    1. Go to store - where i have to buy the game

    2. Cancel - which removes the error message and takes me back to the Xbox home screen

    3. Help - which takes me here

    All other games work fine but Fifa 17 doesn't.

    Please help. Thanks in advance

    Now.........in the middle of playing Forza Horizon 3, it just cuts back to the home screen and says the same damned error message! This is quite frustrating and honestly......a waste of my damned money! Never had an issue with this console until this and
    it is ALL THE TIME! If PS4 had Forza, I'd be switching right about now.

    Whoever digitally downloaded the game is only allowed to open it. You have to use the profile that downloaded the game to use it, then I believe u can change it in settings, but you have to find out who you were signed into. Happy to help “Do you own this game or app?”  error message :)

  5. That not the issue. As I said, it's for all discs and doesn't matter which profile I am logged into. Even when I put in a brand new game, it says to put in the disc to play it. I've had issues with my XB1 ever since I bought it so it's pretty frustrating
    at this point :-/

  6. might be a glitch in the profiles....remove them all ,then shut everything down and re add them ....

    Reset your xbox and uninstall then reinstall the game, that should do it...
