Do you own this game or app? error code(0x803f8001)

Hello peeps online. Iam having trouble with this condition going on for a few weeks now. Here's the long skinny.

I purchased a used Xbox One S back in August with a used Fallout 4 disc. When I first installed the game and started playing I did not have this issue. After I downloaded the EA Access Pass and left the game inside the console (not playing for about 2 weeks)
the game would show me this error message.

I have contacted Live support via chat and was able to get the game playing again without a problem. It was after turning the console of about 1-2 cycles every 24 hrs. I would get this same error message again. So after doing 4 hard restarts (unplugging
the console), clearing the persistent storage for blu-rays (4 times), uninstalling and reinstalling the game (4 times), even removing my account (in steps of clearing the storage, installing the game, removing the account, hard restart) in hopes to be able
to play the game again without a hitch?

I would then reload my account back onto my Xbox then install the game under my login. I already have the Xbox set as my home Xbox to see if that was another reason and start playing again. Just like before I am able to play the game as normal, then give
it about 24 hrs and the error code will still pop back up.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue with the same title, a different title game, or if just my Xbox Account?

Digital version of Halo Wars won't start up (0x803f8001)

Same here, not working, when i click on the game it come up with Do you own this game or app? error code 0x803f8001.

For the past few days, I keep getting dropped out of games with this error:

Do you own this game or app?

If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you purchased this online, make sure you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the rights to play it, you will need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0X803f8001).

This is occurring on different titles - some digital download, some disk-based. I am signed into Xbox Live at the time (the games start okay) and when I click Cancel on the error, I am still signed into Xbox Live.

 

I had same problem but only with CD-ROM games.

I took mains cable off from router and xbox one, let it be 30sec and restarted.

After that it worked.
