    I've recently purchased gears of war 4 from the Xbox store and I have been playing since release day by recently I have run into a problem. I tried launching the game and an error pop's asking if I own the game or app with an error code. I've tried to restart
    my console and have even reached out to Xbox support on twitter. I tried the solutions they had given me but to no avail they had not workd either. I think it hasn't something to do with the share feature with other consoles in the house but that hasn't stopped
    me in the past with other online purchase it only seems to happen for just gears of war 4. If anyone could help with this It would be much appreciated.

    For the past few days, I keep getting dropped out of games with this error:

    Do you own this game or app?

    If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you purchased this online, make sure you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the rights to play it, you will need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0X803f8001).

    This is occurring on different titles - some digital download, some disk-based. I am signed into Xbox Live at the time (the games start okay) and when I click Cancel on the error, I am still signed into Xbox Live.

    Make sure you put the code in the right account

    The error code 0x803F8001 means :
    "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at Microsoft Store."
