    Hi, I only have 1 game on CD others are downloads. All of a sudden in the last few days my Xbox has trouble reading the disc. I get the "Do you own this game or app?" question telling me to either insert the disc or the purchase the content online. In addition
    to that my Xbox has trouble ejecting the disc. I have to press the eject button multiple times and it never gets fully ejected, after pressing it multiple times the disc will be read sometimes and I can play the game without any issues but if I play another
    game the issue comes up again.

    What should I do?

  2. Receiving unwarranted MSG - "Do you own this game or app?"

    Unfortunately this started after the March update, not the same issues as I have seen raised in the forums.

    When trying to re launch Titanfall after exiting game play I receive a message asking,

    Do you own this game or app?

    If you have a game disc, insert it now (disc is already inserted) make sure you're signed into xbox live
    (I am signed in and all other apps register that I am logged in)

    if you don't have the right for playing it, you need to try it (I have no idea what I am being asked to try)

    you'll need to buy it at the Xbox Store. (0x87de07d1)

    Not sure why I am getting this msg, re inserting the disc helps but issue returns each time I attempt to exit gameplay and relaunch. I have tried turning off/unplugging console but this did not help other than that I am apprehensive of trying other general
    fixes without specialist advise.

    Hopefully this is helpful and any advise/information you can provide is appreciated.

    I have several games that are giving me this error:

    "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0x87de07d1)"

    What do I need to do to start playing them again?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try the following steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Go to Disc & Blu Ray

    3. Uncheck Enable BD Live

    4. Click on Persistent Storage and Clear it 3 times

    5. Hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down

    That should solve the issue for you. If it does not then you may need to send the console in for repairs.

    Finally got a chance to chat with support last night. They're supposed to follow up with me on the issue. Looks like the licenses for those particular games somehow evaporated. Hopefully they'll be able to help resolve it...

    I suggest you to contact the xbox chat support so they can check your account in their database and the titles you have claimed with gold

    No dice on the reset/clear cache method, it seems... still not working whatsoever.

    And I've had Xbox Live 6 years running, so... I don't think that's the issue.

    What should I do/try next? Will I have to submit something directly to Microsoft?
