"Do you own this game?" Error message

    I'm seeing this error regularly when loading doom eternal, although I have purchased the game I'm getting the message which subsequently locks me out of the game.

    Frustrating to say the least

    That not the issue. As I said, it's for all discs and doesn't matter which profile I am logged into. Even when I put in a brand new game, it says to put in the disc to play it. I've had issues with my XB1 ever since I bought it so it's pretty frustrating
    at this point :-/

    Whoever digitally downloaded the game is only allowed to open it. You have to use the profile that downloaded the game to use it, then I believe u can change it in settings, but you have to find out who you were signed into. Happy to help :)

    might be a glitch in the profiles....remove them all ,then shut everything down and re add them ....

    Reset your xbox and uninstall then reinstall the game, that should do it...
