    do you have to be on the xbox site for chat support?


    i clicked on chat support a couple of hours ago, and the window popped up.

    so after a while i closed all windows that were on the xbox live site, and since then, my wait time hasnt been updated, its been about an hour now, and it said my wait time estimation was 45 minutes.

    did i mess up by closing the window?

    Hello, sadly billing requests like this cannot be done throught he forums. I would have to refer to the Xbox billing support team. This site should have the number for your area Customer Support

    you need to send your xbox one in for a repair you can go to xbox support web site then go to the bottom where you see repair and service center or you can call xbox support or do a chat on xbox support site . don't forget to register your xbox

    There are clearly some issues going on with the site at the moment, and its probably affecting chat too.

    We have support forums here for everything except billing issues.

    How do you think they might have infiltrated into a ms support thread?
    It's the "Chat with an Expert Gamer" not official support. There is an option for support chat through the contact site, but it specifically states it is support.

    RE: I pre-ordered 3 Resident-Evil:Origin collections,but I didnt recieve the extra bonus,10$ each.

    There should be an option to chat on their site too, but if not, you will have to call their support.
