Do you have any chance of recovering?

Well, I had lost access to my microsoft account because of hackers who broke into my system and entered my account, however today when I signed in I said that there was no longer an account with the email used, I just created another account with the same email, but I feel that I must send this message to you because I have already made many purchases with microsoft, Including Minecraft one of my favorite games, I send this as a way to try to recover what was lost.

If the hacker changed the data you originally had as your primary email, it will be very difficult for you to get your account back.

If you somehow find the new email address associated with your account, fill out the recovery form with that information.

I couldn't say specifically what it would request. It would be between them and Xbox for the time being while they build up the case. If you go that route they'd be able to give you more information on what to expect

Hello John, sorry to hear you've lost your account.

I can certainly understand your frustration at this and would like to give you as much help as I can. Unfortunately, support is your topmost point for getting your account back. As their hands seem to be tied your best bet now would be to involve your local or state authorities on this. They can supply a subpoena to Xbox regarding the account information in the hopes of getting it back for you.

In the meantime, if you have any payment methods associated with your account I'd recommend notifying your bank/credit card company

if that profile is gone and the achievements didn't synchronize with xbox live due to some reason then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do other then re-earning those achievements. And to do that you might need to start certain games again or return to
earlier missions, which might differ per game on what the posibilities are.
