Do you guys use all of your tokens or are you saving for a rainy day?

Exactly. I love that about the token system as well. Nothing beats being able to unlock what you think is the best weapon right out of the gates then this. I remember the days of having to wait until you were higher ranks to get some of the good things.

 

Think the token system has ruined the excitement of trying to unlock new weapons & trying them out. I can finish 1 prestige & just start the next as I choose by spending tokens, its to easy IMO plus I haven't used half the weapons in the game, no need to
when I can just buy the best straight away.

 

I think that cod as a whole dropped the ball on a great financial opportunity. Gamers today would pay to unlock new perks and weapons. Also gamers would pay for double XP hours as i thought mw3 had the right opportunity to do so. It did not but did create
incentive to prestige and keep on grinding, as many no lifers did so past prestige 20 or so with double XP tokens or unlocks after prestiging.

As I have stated before, I would pay for double XP. I just don't have all day and patience too play hours on end everyday. I also do not have a "clan" and "friends" whom I can go on with and play certain game types to achieve high scores and prestige faster.
So buying XP hours or days would be my go to way of prestiging fast. Like "no life" fast!

250+ Squad points and 6 soldiers unlocked. Currently working on gold camo and lean kills for the LSAT, AK-12, L115 and MTAR. The vector is on the outside looking in and only used when my team is up big on TDM and KC. I am waiting for the new DLC maps. So
tired of the original maps.

Ugh. Who gives a *** whether Activision/whoever missed a financial opportunity. You're a gamer, not Activision.

 

I am kinda glad they didn't take up that financial opportunity. I won't be having much time myself starting this coming Monday, but that is what adds playability to the game. I would like to possibly see possible content buy-able
with points (Skins, camo, etc) within reason (100 points or so would see alright).

The game itself is a financial opportunity, so anymore 'pay to get an advantage because you're too lazy' would be overkill.

 

I would be glad to pay for additional content. I would pay a fair amount for it too...but I don't want it to be items that they just hold back to release later. New guns, camos, characters, camos for killstreaks and anything creative they can come up with.

 

I only buy what I will use so right now sitting at near 400 squad points.

 

I spend mine on perks, usually. I have a squad member for each class. One for Sniper class, assualt, etc.

Why are some squad members 3 SP and others 300 SP? If it's just a cosmetic difference, then why does it cost 10x more?

 

It is to add replay ability. They want you to have a few clases right off the bat, but then they want it to have something to work towards with the 300, 400 and 500 token characters. I think everyones characters are different. For example, my 3rd character
had a different name than my friends 3rd character and my character was a white guy and his character was a black woman.

 

Yeah they are all completely random.
