    I HAVE REPEATEDLY asked for assistance in getting my credits deposited. But you always **** off saying I need to update my account
    information, BUT I HAVE. You are really starting to **** me off.

    This has been going on over 6 months. I have over 100,000 points waiting to get deposited. I have a
    xbox rewards card attached to my account, tell me explicitly what I need to do? Explicit meaning, what exactly on my account doesn't match up? Don't close this ticket if you are going to give me a generic response.

    ive been playing on xbox since the get go and have gone through more than a dozen controllers and few consoles due to its build quality. Yet I still play. Ive waited years for Forza to show up on PC and guess what I cant buy it. Nothing is being done and
    nothing is offered to compensate for the inconvenience all the hate thoughts in my mind. Just unreal. Take my money and refuse to give me what I want.

    Hello GreenStatue3145,

    As mentioned in your previous post at (I am getting real tired of no one helping me. I have 100,000+ rewards not depositing.), no forum representative has ever advised you to update
    your account information. That notification is due to your deposit error setting off our generic troubleshooting message.

    We provided all the details of your deposit error in the previous post linked, but again, an issue with a database outside of our program is causing your billable accounts to not be sent to our deposit process. Since our deposit process needs this account
    information to complete the deposit, it aborts rather than guess which billable account to deposit into. To do so could potentially cause the deposit to be inaccessible due to being placed into the wrong billable account. Due to this database being outside
    of our control, we must rely on another team to address the issue. At the current time of this posting, they have not yet provided us with their resolution for this error. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
