Am I the only one who wonders why the no-ping gameplay they released is not being used now? The hit pings still go off when you land a hit on an enemy, but 343i had previously released no-hit-ping gameplay. I hope they remove the pings next week, and definitely
for the final release next year.

 

I can get i to a match and see the players names but then it just says loading slayer and kicks me saying there was a problem with the server. Works about as well as halo MCC....

 

I just made a new Canadian friend through the beta.

 

I mean it when I say smaller player counts in certain games is enjoyable. Halo5 beta feels action packed due to great design maps.

 

Played my first match of Halo 5 MP this morning and think it's great. Love playing on the azure cloud with no lag. Lag has always been the bane of my existence in Halo MP due to living down under.

 

Didn't realise you were Aussie @chemist mind if I add you? Also yes Dedicated server halo 5 is great so far.

^Same here CHEMIST, work transfer. Anyway, I had to work saturday and went down the coast afterwards, I am yet to play this so I'm not sure.

 

Yea I'm here for work and university as well. No opportunities in the small town I grew up in haha.

 

So far,so fun....I hope there will be some BTB during the beta just to see how it plays.

But i like this 4 vs 4 ,and it's hard to stay focus after an hour....Need some training.

For a game that will be release in 11 months,the beta is technicaly good.

 

i'll give it a go when i get the chance, was never impressed by Halo MP but always worth trying
