    Do you actually help customers or avoid doing so at all costs??


    So I've put in several request over this last month to recover an account I've lost the email to due to a broken phone, of course 0 responses as is usually the case with Microsoft all redirected to the account recovery screen with little to NO help and ive been waiting for some time and then today you've charged me for my gamepass on my card that I own because I am indeed ME so yeah find it absolutely criminal that you don't reply to these request but still actively charge all subscriptions from the account when I've been trying to contact you for ages now, if there's AN ACTUAL person that can help with this then I welcome other than that pretty useless as a support system for a company this large

    You know it's not like I've got all relevant ID, banking information, games recently bought, and the xbox live id that's individual to the only xbox the accounts signed into.... absolutely fuming

    When i try and play fallout 4 on my xbox one im stuck in the beginning loading screen before you even get to the title menu.

    Would this delete my save game files? I am hoping to avoid that at all costs, and this seems to suggest that this would do so.

    It's really easy to do. All you have to do is go to your profile click on "customize profile"click on your gamertag and change it to whatever you want. It'll cost you $9.99 if you have changed it before! Hope this helps!
