    Please tell me if buying items in the Roblox game through the Microsoft store works, because I keep getting the same error "Purchase not completed. Hello, this item can not be verified at the moment. Please try again later", I can't. solve this problem. I ran into this problem about a week ago.

    Those codes are usually enailed about 10 business days after the game ships. You would need to contact Microsot Store support if you don't receive it since that offer is through them.

    Old direct X AMD video drivers that only support DirectX 11 work with GAME PASS games but all drivers that support DirectX 12 do not. Why?

    I was able to get Roblox working by uninstalling it and DLing it directly from the Roblox site. It's ONLY a GamePass/windows store issue. Roblox was installed through Game Pass when I had the problem. This is NOT an AMD driver issue.
